Don't miss the themed shows at night. They greatly enhance the family atmosphere and provide nice entertainment for kids.

We only stayed 2 nights in stead of 3, got a full refund for the last night we didn't stay and they breakfast included. The staff is really friendly, quick to help out. Service is smooth and swift, always with a smile.

Breakfast buffet needs some work. If you want to enjoy fresh and chilled charcuterie, it's best to come early. The juice machine is very sugary and orange juice isn't fresh, it tastes as if it was made from powdered-flavor water.

Rooms with a standard decor. Extremely friendly staff, absolutely excellent breakfast with all the usual plus omelettes cooked to order. Good location, just walking distance from everywhere.

The outdoor pools were perfect for everyone, and we loved having activities like aqua aerobics available. The spot had a fun waterpark with slides and plenty of sun loungers. Plus, the nearby beaches were gorgeous. Highly recommend trying out the local bars and restaurants for great food and family-friendly entertainment.

One downside was that the pool area got a bit crowded, and it was sometimes hard to find a sunbed during peak hours.

We had a wonderful holiday,just sorry we booked for a week only.Cala dor playa is the perfect spot for couples or families,though when we stayed(29th of sept to 6th) there was quite a few kids around the pool,having said that they were very quiet.Stict noise rules apply after midnight which is ideal for anyone worried about a nights sleep.As others have said,the pool is beautiful,service is excellent,reception staff very helpful and friendly and clean towels were provided 6 out of the 7 days and also provided on departure in courtesy room.We cannot wait to go back.!

Cleanliness of rooms. Just beds were made and towels changed every day, nothing else cleaned or sanitised.

The towel claiming issue at the pool creates an absurd competition for loungers!!! Cleanliness standards for the common areas could elevate the overall experience!!! Noise disturbances from neighboring rooms can be bothersome, especially at night!!!

Everything would go back with granchildren loved it

I went in October (low season) The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. The accomodation is functional . It has a good pool area with plenty of sunbeds and nice bar. The hotel is in a quiet residential area but only a short walk away from bars & eateries. Good value for this time of year.

There was a cotton bud behind the bathroom door and it was not taken away during my 5 night stay.

Noise from neighboring rooms can be quite disruptive, especially if families have children, giving the feeling of paper-thin walls. The pool area gets overcrowded during peak times, and finding a sunbed becomes a challenge due to outside visitors. Some areas could benefit from modernization, as certain furnishings feel dated and in need of an update.

Drinks - the cocktails from the bar were not nice at all, even Sangria didn’t taste nice. Take the drinks with you or go for drink to different hotel .

Very good location. Free parking. Nice appartement for the price we paid at low season.

No wifi. The wooden furniture (tables/chairs) are very noisy. If your upper neighbours are not carefully enough this noise can ruin your vacations. (My recommendation to the stuff about this problem: Put at the bottom of the legs of tables and chairs "floor protection pad stickers" to reduce the noise)

Good pool and friendly staff

We enjoyed the spacious apartment and the vibrant kids' activities. The daily entertainment kept our children engaged, and the staff were always eager to assist us. Special thanks to the animation team for their engaging shows! We loved how close we were to beautiful beaches and local restaurants.

The room had limited storage space for our family of five, a bit cramped. We experienced some delays with towel service at the pool, leading to a daily scramble for loungers during peak hours.

I almost thought i would give this place a good review but the freezing pool water was unacceptable. To top it off, when i asked for assistance, one staff member walked away from me, rude. I expected an upgrade or at least something complimentary for my discomfort, but alas, i did not receive it.

Excellent location, very clean, good pricing, beaches nearby, fully recommended.
